Beaver Cleaver
There are few Theodore "Beaver" Cleavers in our school. (To be PC, it could be Theodora. But then again, would it proper to call a female, Beaver?) The family units have been broken and when repaired, one of the parents has a new partner. It is normally easy to point out those who have Beaver status, meaning that the biological parents are still with the biological children. This does not mean that the child is a super student, has no emotional baggage or other ailments that may interfere with their educationl progress. There is a something, something about these children that sets them apart.
